Amazon Seller Feedback

I’ve been selling stuff on Amazon for about seven years now. Over the years, I’ve gotten lots of feedback, but most of it is rather mundane, though complimentary. Here are some of my favorite customer statements over the years:

First, the happy folks:

Stupendous transaction, was shipped priority without asking, came with a UV filter that wasn’t in the description, was in perfect condition, couldn’t be happier!

Sauron’s greatest servant is now in my grasp. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic, no complaints. This was the only item missing in a collection I had started when I as a kid, so it was quite a thrill to find this at a reasonable price and delivered carefully and undamaged. Great care was taken in wrapping the product and the delivery was quite quick.

The best experience I have ever had buying online! That’s no joke. Shipped super fast, VERY well packed. My girlfriend is going to love this! Thank you so much!!!

Wanted to send you an extra bit of gratitude beyond the five-star rating I submitted over the weekend. I ordered the Hobbit Legolas Minifigure Lego and was so pleased to receive it not only ahead of schedule but in great condition. I had bought the Mirkwood set for my sons for Xmas last year and was ticked to find out my 7-year-old (smart boy, but doesn’t always use his head) felt he wasn’t strong enough to twist the head piece around or off, so he bit it between his teeth to accomplish the task. I never had Legos as a kid myself but knew they had a hotline for reordering parts. They do not, however, cover damaged parts that were damaged after purchase or those licensed to companies other than Lego. Long story short, when I found out my only option to replace the scraped-faced Legolas head might be to purchase another Mirkwood set (not appealing) I was upset. Then I saw you were selling the minifigure by itself on amazon and the clouds lifted.

Thank you so much for having it, selling it at a very reasonable price, and shipping it so quickly. I have spoken to my son about never using his teeth like that again on minifigures, but (God forbid) if he does, I’ll know where to turn.
