My name is Ben Sumner, and this is my personal blog and website. I am a writer at Gunaxin.com, and I write about the Washington Capitals for CapitalsOutsider.com. I also spent many years working for washingtonpost.com and helped to develop the search technologies and content management systems that they still use today.
I play roller and ice hockey for the Screaming Squirrels in Laurel, MD. I’m also a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do at the Silver Spring Martial Arts Association.
